MDDr. Noeen Sarfraz is a board-certified psychiatrist and public health professional with clinical trial experience and an extensive publication record. She brings a research-informed, evidence-based perspective to her clients at Therapy Center of New York (TCNY).
Dr. Sarfraz is formerly the Associate Program Director for the Psychiatry Residency Program at the Oklahoma State University School of Osteopathic Medicine and Assistant Medical Director at its teaching hospital, The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (in Tulsa, Oklahoma). She was previously an Acting Attending at Louisiana State University (Shreveport) and a Public Health Expert with the Louisiana Department of Health.
