Mary Pestrak*
PMHNP
Mary Pestrak is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who provides medication management and therapy services to adults. She has over sixteen years of nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Ms. Pestrak will begin providing services to TCNY clients in Spring 2026.
Ms. Pestrak has extensive prior experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at several inpatient, clinic and outpatient settings including New Horizons (Georgia), Corizon, Project Renewal, Transitional Services of New York and her own outpatient practice.
Ms. Pestrak completed her Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing at Columbia University in New York. She offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medication management and therapy for her clients. She is both compassionate and reliable, and her therapeutic style is tailored to each client's specific needs and goals. Mary looks forward to working with her clients on their unique paths to wellness.
